FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: device includes in-series connected control unit 4, signal generation unit 1 and power supply 6. Input of control unit 4 is connected to control bus 12. Device also includes indication unit 5 and current transformer 7 consisting of inductive element 8 with elastic magnetic conductor 9 radially fixed on element of process object 10. Signal generation unit 1 is made in the form of in-series connected microcontroller 2 and power amplifier 3 connected to outputs of inductive element 8 of current transformer 7. Control output of power amplifier 3 is connected to the second output of control unit 4. The first and the second outputs of control unit 4 are connected to control inputs of microcontroller 2 and indication unit 5. Power outputs of indication unit 5, microcontroller 2 and power amplifier 3 are connected to similar outputs of power supply 6. The second information output of microcontroller 2 is connected to the second input of indication unit 5.

EFFECT: enlarging the application area of device owing to more effective water treatment.
