FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: scrubber with moving nozzle contains a body with sockets for dusty and purified gas, a spraying device, a lower support-distributive plate and an upper limiting plate between which a packing bed, a liquid trap and a device for removal of sludge are located. The lower support-distributive and the upper limiting plates, and the nozzle are made of elastic materials. Vibrators are mounted on the lower support-distributive and the upper limiting plates. The nozzle can be made in the form of hollow balls, on the spherical surface of which a screw groove is cut. The nozzle can be made in the form of a screw line formed on a spherical surface. The nozzle can be made of elastic polymeric materials, composite materials and obtained by moulding or sintering methods. The liquid trap is made in the form of concentrically arranged cylindrical rings of 1-2 mm thick and with the distance between them 3-4 mm or in the form of concentrically arranged rings having a zigzag profile in the section passing through the axis of the ring. The spraying device is made in the form of an atomizer. The atomizer includes a hollow body with a nozzle and a central core. The body is provided with a channel for supplying liquid and contains a coaxial rigidly connected bushing with a nozzle fixed in its lower part in the form of a cylindrical two-stage bushing, the upper cylindrical stage of which is connected by means of a threaded connection to a coaxial central core having a central hole and provided with an annular clearance to the inner surface of the cylindrical bushing. The annular clearance is connected to at least three radial channels formed in a two-stage bushing connecting it to an annular cavity formed by the inner surface of the bushing and the outer surface of the upper cylindrical stage. The annular cavity is connected to the channel of the body for supplying liquid. A spraying device in the form of a truncated cone is rigidly attached to the lower part of the central core and coaxial to the central hole of the core and attached by its upper base to the base of the central core cylinder. A splitter is attached to the lower base of the truncated cone by means of at least three spokes and is made in the form of an end circular plate the edges of which are bent toward the annular clearance. There are spiral grooves on the outer lateral surface of the truncated cone. A throttle hole is provided in the splitter axisymmetrically to the central hole of the central core. An external diffuser is co-axially attached to the lower part of the bushing, which is rigidly connected to the body. An inner perforated diffuser is coaxially attached to the lower base of the truncated cone of the spraying device in such a way that the outlet cross-sections of the external and internal diffusers lie in one plane.
EFFECT: increase the efficiency and reliability of the dust recovery process.
