CONICAL JET SCRUBBER Russian patent published in 2018 - IPC B01D47/06

Abstract RU 2665526 C1

FIELD: dust collection equipment.

SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to wet dust collection and can be used in chemical, textile, food, light and other industries for purification of gases. Cone nozzle scrubber contains a housing with nozzles for dusty and clean gas, a spray nozzle, support and restrictive plates, between which the nozzle is located, a splatcher made in the form of a nozzle layer located between the supporting and restricting trays, and a device for removing slurry, the support plates being elastic, the nozzle positioned above the lower support plate is made of resilient materials, for example in the form of polyethylene balls, and a vibrator is mounted on the lower support plate, the nozzle is made in the form of hollow balls, on the spherical surface of which a screw groove is cut, or the nozzle is made in the form of a screw line formed on a spherical surface and having a profile like a circle, polygon, "Berl saddle" or "Itallox" saddle in the section perpendicular to the screw line, spraying device is made in the form of vortex nozzles, each of the nozzles comprising a hollow cylindrical body with an external thread for connecting to the connection of a distribution pipeline for supplying liquid and a cap nut fixed to the bottom of the body with a liquid flow divider, wherein in the body a cylindrical opening is made coaxially to it, in the upper part of which a strainer is installed, and in the lower part there is a throttle washer with a nozzle and a divider, the liquid flow divider is attached to the end surface of the union nut and is made of a rod type in the form of a truncated tetrahedron fixed to the end face of the union nut, the edges of which are rods with fixed blades with stops in such a way that they can be rotated from the streams emanating from the throttle washer with the jet of the injector, wherein the edges of the tetrahedron base are also connected by rods with fixed blades and stops, and a diffuser is attached to the surface of the intersection of the end surface of the union nut with its outer surface, covering with its lateral conical surface the divider of the liquid flow, while the outlet of the diffuser is below the base of the truncated tetrahedron, and the outlet itself is connected to an additional divider arranged in the form of a circular perforated plate perpendicular to the axis of the diffuser, a netted dome element is connected to the perforated plate with a vertex directed away from the jet of the nozzle and the cavity of this element is filled with a porous material, for example a wire of the "putanka" type, and the axisymmetric outlet of the diffuser, to the circular perforated plate of the additional dissector, in its central part, a central cylindrical atomizer is formed, which is made in the form of a cylindrical shell, the solid part of which is located in a reticular dome-shaped element, the cavity of which is filled with a porous material, and the perforated part of the cylindrical atomizer extends beyond the mesh dome element.

EFFECT: increased efficiency and reliability of the dust collection process by increasing the liquid spraying rate of injectors.
