SCRUBBER WITH MOVABLE NOZZLE Russian patent published in 2018 - IPC B01D47/06

Abstract RU 2654744 C1

FIELD: instrument making.

SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to wet dust collection and can be used in chemical, textile, food, light and other industries for purification of gases. Scrubber with a movable packing contains a body with nozzles for dusty and clean gas, an irrigation nozzle device, a lower support plate and an upper restricting plate made of resilient materials with vibrators mounted thereon, between which a nozzle layer is arranged, a splatcher and a sludge removal device, the nozzle being made in the form of hollow balls, on the spherical surface of which a screw groove is cut, or in the form of a screw line formed on a spherical surface and having a section in the section perpendicular to the helix, such as a circle, a polygon, a Berl saddle or an "Itallox" saddle, or in the form of cylindrical rings, on the side surface of which a screw groove is cut, or in the form of a screw line formed on a cylindrical surface and having in section perpendicular to the helical line, a profile such as a circle, a polygon, a "Berl saddle" or a saddle "Itallox", the irrigation device is in the form of an injector comprising a hollow cylindrical body with an external thread for connecting a liquid supply conduit to the fitting and, fixed in the lower part of the housing, a cap nut with a liquid flow divider, in which, in a casing, coaxial to it, a cylindrical aperture is provided, in the upper part of which a screen filter is installed, and in the lower part there is a throttle washer with a jet and a divider, the liquid flow divider is fixed to the end face of the union nut and is of the bar type in the form of a truncated tetrahedron fixed to the end surface of the union nut, whose ribs are rods with fixed blades with stops, so that they can be rotated from the streams emanating from the throttle washer with the jet of the injector, while the edges of the tetrahedron base are also connected by rods with fixed blades and stops, and a diffuser is attached to the surface of the intersection of the end surface of the union nut with its outer surface, enclosing by its lateral conical surface the divider of the liquid flow, with the outlet of the diffuser located below the base of the truncated tetrahedron, and the outlet itself is connected to an additional divider arranged in the form of a circular perforated plate perpendicular to the axis of the diffuser, a netted dome element is connected to the perforated plate with a vertex directed away from the jet of the nozzle and the cavity of this element is filled with a porous material, for example a wire of the "putanka" type, and the axisymmetric outlet of the diffuser, to the circular perforated plate of the additional dissector, in its central part, a central cylindrical atomizer is formed, which is made in the form of a cylindrical shell, the solid part of which is located in a reticular dome-shaped element, the cavity of which is filled with a porous material, and the perforated part of the cylindrical atomizer extends beyond the mesh dome element.

EFFECT: increase the efficiency and reliability of the dust collection process by increasing the degree of spraying of the irrigation device.
