FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: method includes plasma treatment of the outer surface of the inner sealing layer in the form of a pipe workpiece of a polymeric material, applying an outer layer of a composite material containing reinforcing fibres and a binder on it, and curing the composite binder. The plasma treatment of the pipe workpiece is carried out in cold plasma of an abnormal glow discharge in the air while rotating the pipe workpiece about its own axis. Fluoroplastic is used as the polymer material for the pipe workpiece. Glassroving tow strands previously wetted with a binder based on a polymer resin are wound spirally on the external treated surface of the pipe polymer workpiece. Curing the composite binder is carried out under the influence of temperature, light irradiation, or a chemical catalyst.
EFFECT: increasing adhesive strength, increasing resistance to temperature climatic variations over a wide range.
