FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: plant has a funnel 2 for feeding dry powder material into a crusher at the inlet of a circulation pump 3 made in the form of two-phase pump-mixer with a centrifugal wheel, a holding tank 4 for mixing powdered material and water with mixing devices made with heat insulation and divided by a partition to form inlet and outlet chambers. The inlet chamber is equipped with a filtration compartment with a device installed therein for heating circulation liquid and made in form of a cup with a spiral coil. An additional heating element and a steam line are also arranged on one of the walls of the holding tank 4 for further preheating, provided with connection to the steam-generating plant. The holding tank is connected to a service tank 6 by a pipe system, on which a unit 8 for feeding dry reagents solution is installed and including microdispensers and ejector mixer connected by passive input to microdispensers, and an active input with service tank, and a unit 9 for feeding liquid reagents into liquid reagents solution. The monitoring and process control system for solution preparation of contains a flow metre, pressure sensors, temperature sensors, a level of liquid in holding and service tanks, and solution pH index sensors.

EFFECT: improved quality for solutions preparation of binary mixtures by providing complete dissolution of dry reagents in water.
