FIELD: oil, gas and coke-chemical industries.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil and gas production and, in particular, to process equipment for cementing oil or gas wells. Cementing unit comprises pump unit, water feed and recirculation pumps with hydraulic drives and system of pipelines. In unit chassis rear part unit for preparation of backfill solutions and averaging unit are arranged. Averaging container is equipped with a mixer, and the mixing tank is equipped with a unit for dry cement supply. There is a collector assembly for controlled liquid supply. Diffuser is installed in the mixing tank. In the diffuser wall lower part, profiled holes are arranged along its diameter. On the side wall of the diffuser there is a tangential hole above the level of the cement solution, in which there is a tangential branch pipe in the form of a variable-section pipe, in which there is a throttle assembly with a collector, which is made in the form of a guide housing with inclined slots. There is a water supply unit to the header. On the frame under a humidifying tank there is a booster pump connected by a pressure line to suction manifolds of three plunger pumps. Drive of high-pressure pump is connected with possibility of disconnection with motor of chassis via power take-off unit. This unit is installed between gearbox and gearbox of chassis of unit. Hydraulic drive is made on the basis of additional engine located behind chassis cab across chassis frame. Reducer, on which hydraulic pumps are installed, is attached directly to engine flywheel casing. Drive shaft of reduction gearbox is engaged with engine flywheel via coupling. Mixing-averaging and dimensional containers are arranged with the letter G.

EFFECT: technical result is higher reliability of the device.
