SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a transgenic soybean plant resistant to a 2,4-D herbicide, a herbicide based on glufosinate and a herbicide based on glyphosate, and comprising the sequence of SEQ ID NO: 18. A seed of said plant is also disclosed, as well as an expression cassette for imparting resistance to said herbicides, a part of said plant, an isolated polynucleotide molecule and an isolated polynucleotide for detecting said sequence, a stably transformed bilobated soybean plant having resistance to said herbicides, a food product containing said sequence, a cell of a soybean plant having resistance to said herbicides, a kit for determining zygosity of said soybean plant, isolated polynucleotide to provide resistance to said herbicides, and an oil-based product comprising said sequence. Methods for obtaining said soybean plant, crossing said soybean plant, method for controlling weeds with said herbicides, method for determining zygosity of said soybean plant are disclosed.

EFFECT: invention allows the soybean plant to be resistant to herbicides based on 2,4-D, glufosinate and glyphosate.
