FIELD: biochemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biochemistry, namely to method for controlling insects selected from group consisting of Pseudoplusia includens, Anticarsia gemmatalis, Spodoptera frugiperda and Heliothis virescens, as well as method for controlling weeds of soybean crops, which comprises treating a soybean crop with a glufosinate herbicide. Also, an isolated DNA molecule is disclosed for controlling the aforementioned insects, a plant, a seed, part of a plant, a commercial product containing it, as well as a method for producing the aforementioned plant.
EFFECT: invention allows to effectively obtain a plant resistant to insects and herbicide.
