FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: plate-type resilient element has two resilient elements symmetrically located relative to a separating disk. Each of resilient elements has a plate-shaped surface in the form of a truncated cone on which three through grooves are made with the formation of two truncated conical surfaces connected by three ribs. The ribs are directed along the lines forming the conical surface. Damping cylinders are fixed in the central part of a separating disk, made of castable polyurethane and entering the holes with a clearance at the apexes of truncated conical surfaces. The damping cylinders are interconnected by a flexible insert consisting of an axle and thrust disks. The axis of the elastic inserts passes through the holes in the separating disk and the damping cylinders. Reinforced vibration-proof elements in the form of compression springs are arranged in three through slots perpendicular to the separating disk, the turns of springs are coated with a layer of polyurethane, or in the form of a pack of elastic elements of hard rubber. Thrust disks are made of rigid vibration damping material. The axis of the elastic insert is made combined and consisting of a rigid core with a polyurethane covering.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of vibration isolation in resonance mode.
