FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method of manufacturing a cuvet for the analysis of liquid samples includes the installation of cappings of a given thickness on the object parallel plate, placing on top of cappings of covering plane-parallel plate, fixing the resulting structure with the help of these devices, the introduction into the gap between the plates along the perimeter of adhesive composition and exposure in this state during the time required for its curing. Wherein in the subject plate two holes are made for pumping of analyzed samples, on the inner surface of the subject plate from the outside perimeter of the analytical zone closed-loopg groove is made, cappings are set adjacent outside to the groove, and the tightning of fastening device when fixing the structure is made taking into account the thickness of cappings.
EFFECT: invention provides a cuvet with a predetermined volume of the measuring chamber, reduction in the time required for the analysis.
