SUBSTANCE: invention is cosmetic application of dedifferentiated cells from a plant of the Rosa sp. genus, a lyophilizate of said cells or an extract of said cells obtained in an aqueous or water-soluble solvent or in mixtures thereof as an active agent for aging skin care for treatment of an aesthetic defect resulting from the lack of skin tissue renewal, and/or to reduce and/or to treat signs of skin aging selected from the group consisting of: skin thinning, loss of resilience, loss of elasticity, loss of density or loss of skin tone, dry skin, changes in the appearance of the skin surface, appearance of a noticeable skin microrelief, roughness, formation and/or presence of fine lines and/or wrinkles, changes in the intensity of the complexion, wrinkled skin, skin flabbiness or withering.
EFFECT: effective restoration of skin regeneration.
