SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the pharmaceutical and cosmetic industry, namely to the extract of Mimosa pudica cells with a mimosine content of less than 5 ng/g of dry weight and its application. A method for obtaining in vitro extract of Mimosa pudica cells with a mimosine content of less than 5 ng/g of dry weight, including the following steps: а. providing sterile plant material Mimosa pudica, b. dedifferentiation of cells from the specified plant material, с. suspension of culture of undifferentiated cells in a liquid medium to maintain them in an undifferentiated state, d. growing a biomass culture of undifferentiated cells in a culture medium, i.e. stopping the cultivation and obtaining a cell extract with a mimosine content of less than 5 ng/g of dry weight, while the culture medium of Stage c) and/or Stage d) contains a phenylammonium-lyase substrate selected from the group, consisting of phenylalanine, in particular L-phenylalanine, cinnamic acid, aspartic acid, glutamic acid and their mixtures. In vitro extract of Mimosa pudica cell culture with inhibitory activity against thymic stromal lymphopoietin. Composition with inhibitory activity against thymic stromal lymphopoietin. Dermatological composition for the treatment of inflammatory skin disease selected from atopic dermatitis, itching and pruritic condition due to itching, eczema and psoriasis. Application of the extract for cosmetic treatment of skin aging and skin diseases associated with oxidative stress of the skin, including oxidative stress due to environmental pollution. EFFECT: above extract is characterized by a mimosin content of less than 5 ng/g dry weight and is effective for inhibiting thymic stromal lymphopoietin; for treating inflammatory skin disease selected from atopic dermatitis, itching and pruritic condition due to itching, eczema and psoriasis; for treating skin aging and skin diseases associated with oxidative stress of the skin, including oxidative stress due to environmental pollution.
