The method is characterized by a flush of the content of the upper third of vagina with saline and examination by the gas chromatography method with mass spectrometry detection of monosaccharides content, in case of glucopyranose 0.1543-0.3850 mg/ml, D-glucose 0.1232 -0.6818 mg/ml, D-galactopyranose 0.0723-0.2571 mg/mL, D-mannopyranose 0.2432-0.4186 mg/ml content in the vaginal fluid, a vaginal dysbiosis is diagnosed at the pre-clinical manifestations stage for women of reproductive age. The invention can be used in antenatal clinics and inpatient gynecological departments.

EFFECT: method allows early diagnosis of vaginal dysbiosis at the pre-clinical manifestation stage, which allows early treatment without application of toxic medications drugs.
