SUBSTANCE: combined rolling mill for cross-screw rolling has rolls whose axes are at an angle to the axis of the product. Mill contains piercing stand (2) with forming rollers, axles which are located at an angle to the axis of the product for piercing of first pipe (7) with the first length, lesser compared to the distance to the next the finishing frame (3). The mill has a rod (6) at the end of which the first end stitching tool (20) is located, as well as a second finishing tool (21) installed next to the finishing stand (3). Finishing stand (3) is located after piercing stands (2) so that during rolling front-end first pipe (7) can be loaded into a fine pulpit (3) only after the rear end of the first pipe (7) will be completely unloaded from piercing the cage (2).
EFFECT: increase the economy of production.
