FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: leading and withdrawing segments of the intestine in the anastomosis area are intersected transversely at an angle of 60° to the mesenteric margin of the intestine. End-to-end anastomosis is formed with an angle of 120° between the longitudinal axes of the leading and withdrawing segments of the intestine. Anastomosis is treated with a photosensitizer and low-intensity laser radiation.
EFFECT: consistency of the intestinal anastomosis sutures is provided and the risk of ischemic disorders is reduced by forming the intestinal anastomosis line and its blood supply from the intramural arterial network from a larger number of the main trunks of intramural arteries.
