FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: aircraft engine fuel jet in which one of the electrodes connected through one of the resistors with a potential output of an alternating voltage source is an internal metal air swirl with a sharp exit edge and an inlet confuser with a central metal rod located. Moreover, the conducting metal film is deposited on the sharp exit edge of the internal air swirler and at the outlet end of the insulating sleeve in the fuel channel with a swirling flow of fuel. In turn, the second electrode fuel jet, connected with the release of "Earth" AC voltage is the inner surface of the spraying nozzles in the fuel channel together with metal casing and an outer air swirler. The outputs of the AC power source are connected through one and the other resistors.
EFFECT: invention allows to ensure more complete combustion of a finely dispersed fuel-air mixture and allows to reduce the level of toxicity of the combustion products and to increase the fuel consumption economics while ensuring the required engine power.
