FIELD: engine devices and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: bellow-type dosing pump - flow rate controller comprises two housings 3 and 4, inside which the bellows 9 and 10 are placed. The housings 3 and 4 are rigidly connected to each other by a rod 34. The housings 3 and 4 with bellows 9 and 10 form hermetically separated cavities: a bellow cavity 11 with a pneumatic cavity 13 in housing 3 and a bellows cavity 12 with a pneumatic cavity 14 in housing 4. There is a box valve inlet 15 and a valve outlet 17 on the cover 5 in the hosung 3. There is a box valve inlet 16 and a valve outlet 18 on the cover 6 in the hosung 4. The stops 29 are welded to the bellows 9 and 10, to which the rods 32 and 33 are connected through holes in the flanges 7 and 8 and brought outside. The rods 32 and 33 are rigidly connected to a rod 35, to which a detachable drive 41 is connected.
EFFECT: improved adosing accuracy and uniformity of working fluid supply, reliable operation and cost effectivenss.
