FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: device contains an inverter, a master generator, a frequency divider with a pulse distributor. A synchronous hysteresis motor is connected to the inverter via a filter compensating device based on the LC-filter. The over-excitation control pulse is supplied to the control input of the inverter output voltage and to the input of the frequency control assembly of the master generator, to the other input of which the power voltage of the synchronous hysteresis motor is supplied. The output of the mentioned assembly is connected to the frequency control input of the master generator, whose output is connected is connected to the control input of the power inverter switches via the frequency divider with the pulse distributor.

EFFECT: reduction of installed power, level of electromagnetic interference and simplification.
