FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the device for forming samples from grouting mortars used when cementing oil and gas wells, and produced under conditions simulating downhole temperatures up to 200°C and pressure Up to 100 Mpa, for subsequent use of samples for compression strength tests and can be used in wells, in laboratories of grouting companies, control of drilling operations and oil-production unions, in laboratories of research organisations. The device contains an autoclave with a cavity for placing a fixture to allocate samples, a cover, a union nut with handles to hold the cover, heaters and a cooling system, a control unit, a pressure transducer and a device for pressure rise. The cooling system is in the form of a housing coaxially mounted on the autoclave with cavity and branch pipes for supply and discharge of water, and which inner surface is made wavy and interacting by waves with grooves radially arranged with equal pitch along the autoclave outer surface. The heaters are installed in cavities radially formed in the autoclave wall. The fixture for allocating samples is in the form of a collection container consisting of a cover, three detachable forms of square section and with the bottom in the form of a circle having configured for centering in a horizontal plane along the guides for pin-groove interaction provided on two opposite walls of each mould. The bottoms of moulds and the cover are provided with holes for pins to secure the moulds according to the height of the container. The outer surface of each bottom and the cover inner surface are provided with a groove. The cover is equipped with a handle for installation/removal of the container.

EFFECT: it is possible to hold samples to accumulate strength under the required conditions which correspond to downhole conditions of temperature and pressure, for compression strength tests.
