FIELD: measurement technology.

SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a device for determining characteristics of plugging cements, mixtures and solutions used in cementing oil and gas wells obtained in conditions simulating boreholes on temperature of up to 200 °C and pressure of up to 100 MPa. Plant for determining characteristics of grouting mortars contains a base, an autoclave provided with a cavity for installation of a device for determining characteristics, a heating and cooling system, a cap with a cap nut and handles for holding the cover, as well as an oil pump with a pressure gauge for providing pressure rise in the autoclave, a computer connected to the control unit, and a drive for appliance, wherein it comprises two autoclaves installed on the flange in the middle part of the base, made of a frame structure in the form of a parallelepiped, with a front wall in the form of two rotary door flaps, a back wall made perforated to provide air circulation and fixed in the upper part of the base, panel with windows for installation of indicating devices fixing operating condition of installation and valves for pressure release in autoclaves, wherein oil pumps are installed on shelves rigidly fixed on side walls of base, and drives for detachable appliances are fixed by means of hooks rigidly fixed on side walls of base, at that, in the lower part of the base there fixed are supports, which are adjustable as to height, to provide for horizontality and rollers for provision of the plant movement possibility, and to enable removal of pressure union nuts from autoclave on the back wall of the base there are vertically fixed guides for installation of hollow rotary L-shaped brackets, one end of which is equipped with a holder in form of a hook for connection with pressure union nuts. Device for preparation of grouting mortar and electric motor can be reinforced by magnetic coupling for load transfer during rotation of measuring frame, and also equipped with cooling system made with possibility of cooling control.

EFFECT: broader functional capabilities, high reliability and safety of operation for personnel, as well as ease of maintenance.
