FIELD: building.
SUBSTANCE: area of application: for ultrasonic cement analysis. The substance of the invention consists in the ultrasonic cement analyser containing a base, with a panel fixed in the upper part of the base, equipped with windows for installing the indicating equipment recording the working state of the apparatus, a pressure raising apparatus – an oil pump installed on a shelf rigidly fixed to the side wall of the base, a pressure relief valve, a sample placement appliance, a heating/cooling apparatus equipped with working fluid supply and drainage branch pipes, heaters, and a cavity for installing the sample placement appliance, as well as a control unit, wherein the body of the heating/cooling apparatus consists of two semi-cylindrical parts fixed relative to the sample placement appliance by a spring, wherein each part thereof is made with a cavity made along the outer surface, formed by ribs located in a zigzag formation forming working fluid passage channels, and equipped with auxiliary working fluid supply and drainage branch pipes and heaters installed in the socket holes made in the radial manner in the wall of the body on the inside of each part, and the sample placement appliance is made in the form of prefabricated cell container consisting of a cylindrical body connected by a threaded connection with the bottom and the cover made with handles for installing/extracting the cell container, wherein the cover and the bottom are made with a socket for installing the sensors of the ultrasonic signal source, and the cover is additionally made with through channels for placing thermocouples and creating a pressure inside the container connected with the oil pump via a distributor connecting the oil pump with the pressure gauge and the pressure relief valve in the cell container.
EFFECT: possibility of creating an apparatus for non-destructive determination of the strength of cement stone, small-sized, easily and affordably serviced and repairable, used both in stationary conditions and in field and mobile laboratories.
