FIELD: engines and pumps.

SUBSTANCE: testing method consists in setting the operating mode of the hydromechanical part (HMP) of the AGTE ACS, measuring the fuel consumption, forming the spring rotation speed of the all-range regulator with the help of the turbocharger model, forming the output signal of the control channel with the help of the model of the electronic regulator based on the rotation speed, setting the load on the electrohydraulic actuator and/or on the hydraulic cylinder simulator using the model of drive compressor, forming the output signal of the control channel of the electronic regulator by the guiding device, setting the load on the HMP, reproducing it with a loading device, further adjusting the output signals of the control channel models of the electronic regulator by an adjustable parameter and the angle of rotation of the guiding device until they reach the set values. The invention relates to the field of testing of fuel metering devices for electronic-hydromechanical and supervisory automatic control systems (ACS) of an auxiliary gas turbine engine (AGTE).

EFFECT: stand allows to expand the functionality of the stand in simultaneous increasing the accuracy of the test results, which is achieved by additional introduction of the model of the control channel of the electronic regulator in the rotation speed, a mode selector, a pressure regulator in the hydraulic cylinder, an electrohydraulic actuator, a drive compressor model, a hydraulic cylinder simulator, through the guiding device.
