FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: external control signal "Adjustment" is fed additionally to ER in acceptance tests at test bench. The engine is driven, in response to said signal and by varying fuel feed in engine combustion chamber, to the first preset rpm, sine perturbation action is applied to fuel flow rate at preset amplitude and period for preset time sufficient for data base on engine parameters with preset displacement. Engine rotor rpm, gas temperature behind engine turbine and air pressure behind the compressor are measured during said time interval. Said measurements are performed at preset intervals defined for every engine type by calculation and experiments. Results of every measurement are transmitted from ER to ICC for formation of data base. After elapse of preset time said sine perturbation actions are terminated. Fuel feed rate to combustion chamber is varied by ER to drive the engine turbo compressor to second preset rpm to reaper data base formation procedure. After termination of above described procedures, obtained data bases are processed to perform repeated tests to checking the engine control quality with refined regulator factors.
EFFECT: higher quality of ACS operation and engine operation, higher aircraft safety.
