FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: medical kit for the first, ambulance and emergency medical aid for cyanide poisoning consists of three compartments with opening cavities, the cavities contain medicinal preparations having identification inscriptions denoting the names of drugs intended for the treatment of severe, moderate and low degrees of cyanide poisoning, the first compartment dedicated to the treatment of severe and moderate degrees of poisoning contains methemoglobin-forming agents selected from the group: 4-dimethylaminophenol in the form of a 20% solution for intravenous or intramuscular injection or sodium nitrite in the form of a 1% solution for intravenous administration, the second compartment for treatment of severe and moderate degrees of poisoning contains a 1.5% cobalt edetate solution in a 20% dextrose solution for intravenous administration, the department for treatment of moderate to low degrees of poisoning contains antidotes selected from the group: cobalt or sodium salt of alpha-ketoglutaric acid or mixed cobalt (II) salts of ketocarboxylic and mercapto carboxylic acids in pill dosage forms, as well as a 30% solution of sodium thiosulfate.

EFFECT: invention allows to shorten the treatment time in case of cyanide poisoning.
