FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to experimental biology. A 30 mg/kg dose of acizole is administered hypodermically to an animal once everyday, together with a 40 mg/kg daily dose of lead acetate through a probe into the stomach.
EFFECT: design of a method, which allows for effective prevention of chronic toxic arterial hypertension and cardiopathy in experimental animals when investigating chronic toxic effect of heavy metals, particularly lead, on functional state of the cardiovascular system.
