FIELD: textile, paper.
SUBSTANCE: textile multilayer material for the top part of winter boots consists of the first facing layer in the form of non-woven fabric made of polyester with a density of 200÷250 g/m2, the second layer made of cotton fabric in the form of cotton sheeting with a density of 100÷150 g/m2, the third layer in the form of non-woven fabric made of wool with a density of 320÷370 g/m2, the fourth inner layer made of fake fur. The first three layers are fastened together by needle-punched method on a needle-punched machine in one pass, and the fourth layer joins them by powder fusing technology using glue.
EFFECT: improving heat conservation, reducing production costs by reducing the number of technological stages, using recyclable materials for producing non-woven materials and the possibility of recycling.
