FIELD: hygiene.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hygiene. Multilayer flexible composite textile material, in particular, for the manufacture of insoles with powdered filler and impregnated with EPLAN preparation consists of at least three layers bonded by the needle-punched method. The first, lower, frame layer facing the sole of the shoe is a fabric with a surface density of 120-200 g/m2, duplicated by a needle-punched method with a needle-punched nonwoven fabric with a surface density of 150-250 g/m2. The second, middle, layer is a needle-punched nonwoven fabric with a surface density of 150-250 g/m2 with a bulk powder material introduced into the fabric structure at the stage of formation in the amount of 100-500 g/m2. The third, upper, covering layer facing the foot is a fabric with a surface density of 120-200 g/m2, duplicated by a needle-punched method with a needle-punched nonwoven fabric with a surface density of 150-250 g/m2.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at ensuring the construction of a multilayer material of high moisture absorption, low thermal conductivity, antiseptic and antibacterial properties and the preservation of the original elastic and geometric properties during the service life while maintaining therapeutic and preventive qualities.
