SUBSTANCE: percutaneous longitudinal suturing of lateral ligaments and capsule walls of adjacent metatarsophalangeal articulations is performed loop wise with full convergence and restoration of intermetatarsal angles by alternately tightening the loop knot and with subsequent immersion into the underlying soft tissue.
EFFECT: method limits the excess mobility of the metatarsal bones and restores the foot support.
