FIELD: medicine, traumatology, orthopedics. SUBSTANCE: one should dissect excessive osseous-cartilaginous spreadings in area of 1st metatarsal bone caput, dissect part of great toe- adducting muscular tendon fixed to the basis of its proximal phalanx, wedge-shaped valgus osteotomy of proximal metaphysis of 1st metatarsal bone, additionally fix its osteotomized fragments with two Kirschner's needles drawn together with wire suture, and perform myotransposition of great toe-adducting muscular tendon part to the basis of 1st metatarsal bone caput that increases stability of fixation, shortens rehabilitation period and excludes relapses.
