FIELD: radio engineering, communication.
SUBSTANCE: introduction of the second microwave transmitter with an output power greater than that of the first transmitter into the "non-linear" radar is new in the detector of radio-controlled explosive devices. To ensure electromagnetic compatibility, the carrier frequency of the second microwave transmitter is taken not less than 5% different from the carrier frequency of the microwave transmitter of the portable "nonlinear" radar. The irradiation zone is then moved forward to a safe distance, measured in tens of meters. The detector of radio-controlled explosive devices contains a "nonlinear" radar and an additionally input microwave transmitter the carrier frequency of which is not equal to the carrier frequency of the transmitter of the "nonlinear" radar.
EFFECT: ensuring the safe detection of radio-controlled explosive devices using portable non-linear radar aids.
