SUBSTANCE: method is implemented by applying the image delivery method, with the server receiving analysis data of the main colour components of the image, which comprises identifications of a predetermined number of colours of the main components in relation to the image and the proportion of the corresponding colours of the main components; the server compares the analysis data of the main colour components of the image with the analysis data of the main colour components of the plurality of images in the image database and transmits the identifications of a plurality of images, that have the highest degree of similarity of the main colour tone with the image, to the terminal device. The terminal receives the analysis data of the main colour components of the plurality of images, wherein the icon of separation of the main colour components with respect to the image in the image database is the same as the icon of separation of the main colour components with respect to the image.
EFFECT: expansion of the arsenal of technical means of image delivery.
