SUBSTANCE: method is implemented by isolating a part of the performance reserve of the antivirus server to perform antivirus scanning of the web page in accordance with the selected rate of sending information from the antivirus system module to check the web pages for the antivirus server. The speed of information sending is determined based on the generated typing in the mark-up language of the opened web page for antivirus scanning, the bandwidth of the information transfer channel between the antivirus system module for scanning the web pages and the antivirus server, the performance reserve of the antivirus server using the rate selection rules.
EFFECT: increased effectiveness of using the performance reserve of the antivirus server when performing an antivirus scan of a web page.
