FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: dosimeter comprises an operating unit consisting of gamma and neutron radiation detectors and an information processing unit, an indicating unit consisting of a light and sound alarm and display unit, a remote vibration signalling unit, wherein the vibration signalling unit can interface with the display unit via a plug-in connector, while operating unit and the indicating unit are individual impact-resistant housings that, when the dosimeter is operated without an extension rod, are joined to each other with an additional contact detachable connection, and when the dosimeter is operated with an extension telescopic rod with a wire communication line inside, the operational unit is connected to it in the upper part by means of a contact detachable connection, and the indicating unit by means of a detachable connection is joined to it in the lower part of it near the handle, thus forming a wired electrical connection between the output of the information processing unit and the input of the indicating unit.

EFFECT: increasing the radiation safety in the search and registration of ionizing radiation, increasing information about the level of ionizing radiation, simplifying when working with a dosimeter.
