FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the manufacture of construction materials, namely the manufacture of heat-efficient multilayer blocks (heat blocks) intended for erecting external fencing structures of residential, public, heated industrial and agricultural buildings. A multilayer construction block consists of an outer layer, an inner layer, and a heat-insulating layer arranged therebetween, fastened together by basalt plastic reinforcing bars, the heat-insulating layer being made of polyurethane foam. The outer layer consists of a texture layer and a carrier layer. The thermal insulation layer is made of rigid foam polyurethane and additionally has surface perforation on both sides. The basalt plastic reinforcement is made with sandy covering and is inserted at different angles in an amount of 4-6 pieces at a distance of 30 mm from the block edge and evenly distributed along the block plane. A method for manufacturing such a block is also described.
EFFECT: high operation indices, such as heat and sound insulation, strength, durability; is environmentally friendly and safe.
