FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of construction, namely to elements of building structures for buildings, as well as to the design of a three-layer concrete wall panel. Method of erecting walls using three-layer concrete wall panels includes using a three-layer concrete wall panel containing an outer textured layer of a three-layer concrete wall panel with thickness of 50 mm to 200 mm, intermediate heat-insulating layer, having thickness from 50 mm to 200 mm, inner bearing layer of three-layer concrete wall panel with thickness from 200 mm to 400 mm with vertical through channels with diameter from 100 mm to 200 mm, located in inner bearing layer from lower to upper end faces of three-layer concrete wall panel with transverse period in range from one and a half to two diameters of vertical through channels. Outer textured layer, the intermediate heat-insulating layer and the inner bearing layer are connected to each other by reinforcement installed through the insulation layer at angle of 40–50° to the plane of the layers. Outer textured layer and inner bearing layer are reinforced with steel or fiberglass mesh. Above three-layer wall panels are installed on the pre-erected foundation. For the angular connection between the above three-layer concrete wall panels, external angular elements are used, which together with the ends of the angular three-layer concrete wall panels are elements of the permanent formwork. At that, outer corner element is made up of separately made reinforced vibropressed element with angle formed by two mutually perpendicular planes and having outer textured layer and intermediate heat-insulating layer. Inner bearing layer in the outer corner element is poured with concrete at the installation site after placing the angle fixing reinforcement. Interfloor slab is installed strictly above inner bearing layer of three-layer concrete wall panel and rests only on it. Three-layer concrete wall panels of the next floor are modified - on the inner bearing layer of the lower end face along the entire horizontal length of the three-layer concrete wall panel, a “quarter” is cut with a size depending on the thickness of the three-layer concrete wall panel and thickness of floor slab, so that outer textured layer and intermediate heat-insulating layer of three-layer concrete wall panel are docked with corresponding layers of lower three-layer concrete wall panel, and inner bearing layer rests on floor slab.

EFFECT: reducing the number of operations and time spent on each of the operations carried out at the construction site, increasing the versatility of the manufactured panels, reducing the time for construction, reducing labor costs while increasing reliability and ensuring the required structural strength of the facilities.
