FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in making lightweight heat-insulating wall products, in particular blocks. Method involves molding a heat-insulating core, placing it in the mold with fixation, pouring a concrete mixture with its subsequent hardening. Concrete mixture used is a fiber-concrete mixture. Prior to placing the core in the mold, fasteners in the form of anchors are installed on its side faces and the lower edge with an overhang equal to the thickness of the gap between the mold wall and the core, fiber-concrete mixture is prepared, after which a block is formed with formation of a protective fiber-concrete shell.
EFFECT: simplified method of making heat-insulating concrete block, improved quality of finished heat-insulating concrete blocks, reduced labor intensity of technological process.
