FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: disclosed a rotor assembly and a method of assembling a rotary assembly as a rule designed for a turbine engine 10. Rotor assembly 36 has a rotation axis 26, at least one rotor 30, a shaft 24, having an opening 44 extending in the axial direction, a tension pin 38 extending axially through the rotor 30 and into the opening 44 for applying axial load on the rotor 30 and/or the shaft 24. The rotor assembly 36 further includes a sleeve 50 arranged at least partially inside the opening 44 and connected to the shaft 24 by a first fastening means 52 and to the tension pin 38 by a second fastening means 54, at that the first fastening means 52 is disposed between the rotor 30 and the second fastening means 54. One advantage of this invention is the design with a shorter tension pin. Another advantage is the connection to the shaft that is easier to form, control and maintain. Further advantage of this invention is maintenance of the desired length of the pin to ensure the precise tensile load will be applied and maintained in the corresponding rotor assembly.
EFFECT: prevention of overload of rotor assembly, tension pin and shaft, improved properties of low-cycle fatigue of the structure components with the shaft and the rotor assembly.
