FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: method of producing cold-rolled commercial tubes of 219×9×11700-12800 mm size from titanium alloys PT-1M and PT-7M includes ingot casting in vacuum-arc furnaces, forging ingots in forgings, turning forgings into blanks with size of 500±5×1750±25 mm, drilling a central hole in the blanks with a diameter of 90±5 mm, tempering Al2O3, heating in continuous furnaces in muffle to temperature of 1140-1160°C, piercing the billets of 500±5×90±5×1750±25 mm size in cross-helical rolling mill on a mandrel with 300 mm diameter with stretching ratio μ from 1.39 to 1.46 in cage size 515×inner.315×2400-2590 mm, rolling cages in pilger mill in gage of 351 mm with elongation μ=4.78 and feeding to deformation zone m=18-20 mm in conversion tubes 338×28×10300-11200 mm, cutting technological wastes, dressing conversion tubes, cutting the conversion tube into two tubes of equal length, boring and turning the hot-rolled conversion pipes into billets 325×15×5150-5600 mm, rolling thereof on rolling mills by routes 325×15×5150-5600 - 273×12×7300-7950 - 219×9×11700-12800 mm with relative reduction in wall δm=20.0% δ1m=25.0% and stretch ratios μm=1.49 and μ1m=1.66.

EFFECT: production of tubes of given dimensions.
