SUBSTANCE: method includes casting of ingots in vacuum-arc furnaces, forging the ingots into forgings, turning of forgings into billets, central opening drilling in the billets, Al₂O₃ schoop process, heating, piercing in the mill of helical rolling on a mandrel in the cupped blanks, rolling of sleeves in pilger mill into tube stocks, tube stock straightening using rolling heating temperature on a six-high leveler in two - three passes to curvature less than 6 mm on the length of the tube, cutting into two tubes of equal length, boring and turning of hot-rolled tube stocks to stock tubes, rolling them on CRT mills, cutting the pipes into two pipes of equal length and rolling them into trade pipes.

EFFECT: possibility of obtaining new types of pipes is provided by the regulation of billets processing modes at all stages of production.
