SUBSTANCE: inventioncan be used for differential diagnosis of fallopian pregnancy and hematosalpinx of another etiology by magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) using T1 and T2-weighted images. At that, the level β-HG is determined and ultrasound examination of the uterine cavity and the uterine tube is performed. At β-HG>10 IU/ml and no imaging of the fetal egg, MRI is performed. If a spotted MR-symptom with a heterogeneous content is detected, a fallopian pregnancy is diagnosed, and with a white-tube MR-symptom with a homogeneous content, hematosalpinx of a different etiology is diagnosed.

EFFECT: increased accuracy of differential diagnosis of fallopian pregnancy and hematosalpinx of another etiology.
