SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to operative gynecology. Vacuum aspiration of the fetal egg is performed at a gestational gestational age of not more than 6 weeks. EFFECT: method allows to preserve the morphology and function of the fallopian tube and avoid histopathic uterine rupture during subsequent pregnancy.
