SUBSTANCE: welding wire consists of steel sheath and flux core and comprises relative total mass of wire, wt %: Mn 1.5-3.1, Ni 0.2 to less than 1.00, Si 0.3-1.0, wherein at least one silicon being used as a silicon source, silicon oxide and Si-alloy, Ti 0.05-0.29, C 0.06-0.30, B 0.0030-0.0090, at least one of boron, boron oxide and B-alloy is used as a boron source, S 0.005-0.040, Al 0.10 or less, K and Na in total 0.20 or less, potassium and sodium compounds are used as potassium and sodium source, and F 0.20 or less, fluorine, Fe and impurities are used as fluorine source.
EFFECT: high manufacturability of the welding section, including high values of ultimate strength and value of absorbed energy at low temperature in weld metal in the state after welding and after annealing for stress relief.
