FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention proposes a weld seam metal comprising the following components, wt.-%: carbon (C), 0.04-0.08; silicon (Si), 0.20-0.50; manganese (Mn), 0.80-1.70; titanium (Ti), 0.03-0.08; nickel, (Ni), 0.30-3.00; molybdenum (Mo), 0.01-0.20; boron (B), 0.002-0.007; oxygen, 0.04-0.07; aluminum (Al), 0.01 or less, and Fe and random impurities, the balance. The following ratio must be performed: ([C] x [Mn] x [Ti])/([Si] x [O]) = 0.20-0.60. The weld seam metal of indicated composition can be prepared after electric arc welding in protective gas on a basic metal by using metallic weld wire with flux core of the desired composition. In joining the construction elements made of cold-resistant steel the proposed weld seam metal shows the high impact viscosity. Invention can be used in electric arc welding in protective gas of cold-resistant steels.
EFFECT: improved and valuable properties of steel.
