FIELD: tobacco industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a smoking product comprising an electric power source; an aerosol precursor composition disposed in the reservoir and made in the form of a liquid or a gel under ambient conditions; an atomization chamber comprising an opening designed for obtaining a predetermined amount of the aerosol precursor composition from the reservoir and an opening for passage of the generated vapour from the chamber; a controller for controlling an active stream of the predetermined amount of the aerosol precursor composition in the atomization chamber; and a heating microelement electrically connected to the electric power source and being in thermal communication with the atomization chamber. The heating microelement comprises a structured electrically conductive material arranged over a support layer and made with the possibility to vaporize the predetermined amount of the aerosol precursor composition.
EFFECT: reducing the power required to achieve saturated aerosolization.
