FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: permeable incubator from titanium nickelide contains a volumetric array saturated with cell suspension with a porous structure, formed by interlacing of a surface porous nickelide-titanium thread, 25 to 40 microns in diameter.
EFFECT: increased relative volume of contained cell suspension, facilitated process of incubator saturation by cell suspension, reduced risk of trauma by enhancing mechanical compatibility with the soft-tissue surroundings, as well as prolonged period of incubator action at the expense of slowed down encapsulation at a moderate rate of transplanted cells immune degradation.
