SUBSTANCE: stent for postoperative biliary duct corrosive strictures prevention contains a section of a cylindrical tube with a single-layered wall woven from a foil nickel-titanium tape with outwardly directed protrusions at the segment ends. The cylindrical tube surface is covered by a tightly adhering layer of reticulated fabric made of a nickel-titanium filament with a diameter of 30-60 mcm. Dimensions of the reticulated fabric cells constitute a ratio of 0.1-0.5 with the dimensions of the cylindrical tube weaving structure lumens.
EFFECT: increased consistency, shortened treatment times.
