SUBSTANCE: method additionally comprises measuring the vibration of the rotor behind the low-pressure compressor and behind the high-pressure compressor, mean square deviation of vibrations is calculated and compared with its threshold value, wavelet vibration transformation is calculated, and the extrema frequencies are compared with reference values, the threshold values of the working parameters are corrected if wavelet transformation of vibration extrema frequencies match with reference values. The device contains a rotor vibration sensor behind the low-pressure compressor and a rotor vibration sensor behind high-pressure compressor connected to microcontroller, which connected with the output to the antisurge system.
EFFECT: increased reliability and speed for determining the beginning of surging at all engine operation modes.
