SUBSTANCE: binder primer composition is an aqueous dispersion comprising water, one or more epoxy resins, one or more curing agents, a silaned connection, a small number of propylenecarbonate (PC), and optional additives. Prior to applying the composition, the metal surface is treated and the composition is applied before the adhesive compound. The binder primer composition can form substantially smooth films when sprayed.
EFFECT: ensuring the satisfactory resistance to scratching or abrasion before curing and high bonding characteristics.
