FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to infectious diseases, and can be used for vaccinal prevention of controlled infections in children with primary tuberculosis. For this purpose, the children taking chemopreparations at the stage of therapy continuation while observing a positive clinical-laboratory dynamics of a tuberculous process that implies the absence of intoxication, weight gain, normalised serological values and negative Diaskin-test without regard to a number of previous vaccines are examined for a level of specific antibodies, and if observing measles-parotiditis antibody titres less than 1:5 as shown by indirect hemagglutination test, diphtheria antibody titres 1:20 as shown by indirect hemagglutination test, live and inactivated vaccination is required.
EFFECT: method provides developing the protective antibody titres with no post-vaccination complications and tuberculosis aggravation.
